Crohn’s Disease – Alternative Treatment & Therapie

Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammation that can affect the entire digestive tract. It can occur from mouth and esophagus (in very rare cases) to anus; however, it generally only affects the last section of the small intestine (in about 80 percent of cases), and often also the adjacent colon part. The cause is unclear; genetic and immunological factors are being discussed. Crohn’s disease is considered an autoimmune disease.

Especially young adults are affected by this bowel disease: an initial manifestation usually occurs between 15 and 35 years of age. The disease affects men and women equally; smokers, on the other hand, run a risk twice as high to contract Crohn’s disease. Crohn’s disease can impair the patients’ quality of life and limit their ability to work substantially.

Diarrhea occurring three to six times a day (rarely bloody), as well as intestinal cramps and the disposal of mucus are symptomatic. Sometimes, the pain of Crohn’s disease is similar to the pain of appendicitis. Fever, weight loss, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting may also occur. Especially concerning children, the only symptom that may occur is a growth delay. Crohn’s disease can also be the cause of fistulas or abscesses around the anus. The disease has a relapsing course – without healing properly.

In the course of the disease, complications may occur, including intestinal stenosis (a narrowing of the intestine, which may be caused by scars or tumors from earlier inflammations), the formation of fistulas and abscesses, nutritional deficiencies caused by a troubled digestion, and, in rare cases, intestinal perforation. The disease also promotes gallstones and urolithiasis. Crohn’s disease is considered to be a possible cause of cancer.

At the Center for Hyperthermia in Hanover we recommend the following therapies for the treatment of Crohn’s Disease:

Whole Body Hyperthermia
The healing effect of whole-body hyperthermia for patients with Crohn’s disease is that we can very quickly bring the organism to high temperatures (up 40.5 °). This fast and high heating activates not only the immune system, but many degenerate cells of the colon are destroyed by the fast floods of heat. In addition to the damage or removal of possible cancer cells, the whole-body hyperthermia activates the immune system significantly without burdening the rest of the body. It triggers an immune cascade that enables the white blood cells to multiply.

Wega-Test
The Wega test is performed on patients with Crohn’s disease using a low pulse current device to search for interference fields in the organism by means of electrical stimulation. In addition, the therapists at the Hyperthermia Centre Hannover can assess the energetic condition of a patient, which is extremely helpful for the efficient handling of Crohn’s disease. Based on Electro acupuncture, according to Dr. Voll the Wega-test can detect inflammation, organ stress or interference fields in the dental region or recognizes organ correlations and analyses the effects of viruses, bacteria or pollutants.

Bioresonance-Therapy
With bio-resonance testing we analyze substances and their effect on the body of a patient with Crohn’s disease. This is a very fast and completely painless process. In many cases we can identify which substance will lead to ill-health (such as heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, Electro Smog, dental materials, allergens etc.), which is essential for an efficient treatment of Crohn’s disease. As an essential supplement to other treatments and examinations, the bio-resonance testing can give important diagnostic and therapeutic assistance.

BioScan
A bio-scan is a bioenergetic diagnostic procedure, used to scan the body’s energy level. A bioscan measures the entire human energy system. It is fast and painless. Through a visual representation of all body organs and systems – right down to the blood cells – , the negative (or burdening) factors can be determined (even with patients with Crohn’s disease). Using a bio-sensor, the bio-scan checks the frequency pattern of all organs and systems; a specialized software helps identify the healthy and the stressed organs.

Nutritional counseling / therapy
Diet alone cannot heal Crohn’s disease, but vital, substance-rich, whole food nutrition with enough fibre, along with secondary plant compounds such as carotenoids and chlorophyll contained in many types of vegetables, can help strengthen the immune system and better the overall constitution. We are happy to advise about appropriate diets that will suit you.

Infusions with high doses Vitamin C
At the Hyperthermia Centre Hannover we treat patients with Crohn’s disease successfully with high-doses of vitamin C. The so-called ascorbic acid is the most popular vitamin and the most important antioxidant – i.e. it intercepts harmful free radicals in the body and makes them harmless – and in this way prevents the degeneration of cells. Vitamin C is also essential for the immune system and various restructuring processes in the body. When vitamin C is given in a high dosage, the treatment of Crohn’s disease can be positively affected.

Procain-Based-Infusion
Neural therapy assumes that chronic ailments are caused by „interference fields“. Each part of the body, and each pathologically altered organ in the body can become an interference field. For the treatment of Crohn’s disease, an anti-inflammatory anesthetic will be injected into the abnormal tissue structure – primarily in the Head zone – which causes relief to the aching body area and therefore also to the corresponding organ – in this case: the digestive tract.

Thymus injections
In the thymus gland over 40 different factors act together to build and maintain a powerful immune system. With age, the fist-sized thymus behind the breastbone shrivels to the size of a raisin. That is why older people are more susceptible to diseases such as Crohn’s disease but also to infections and to cancer. At the Center for Hyperthermia in Hanover, we can compensate this deficit by treating our patients with thymus hormones (obtained from the glands of young calves). This treatment with active agents from the thymus glands strengthens and regulates the body’s natural defenses and manages immunological responses of the body; it also affects the aging process.
